Sundazed released 7
volumes of the Garage Beat '66 compilations, from 2004 to 2007. Here's
just a few of my favourite songs from all 7 volumes.
Many
of these songs have appeared on garage compilations over the years, but
usually sourced straight from the original (often crackly) vinyl
release. Sundazed always provide the best quality recordings from this
period, though some prefer the old crackly versions! Not sure why they
called the series Garage Beat '66 either, considering the years covered
are from 1964 to 1969...
